(一) 高兴/喜悦
1. Joy welled up inside her. 她心中涌起喜悦.
2. A sudden wave of joy swept over/through her. 一阵喜悦涌上她的心头。
3. The boy's heart was filled/flooded with joy. 这个男孩满心欢喜.
4. She laughed, her eyes shining/sparkling with excitement.
她笑了,眼里闪烁着兴奋的光芒。
5. The moment she caught sight of the helicopter, a bright smile lit up Jane's face/eyes.
一看到直升飞机,简的脸上就闪现出灿烂的笑容。
Her face lit up with pleasure when I gave her the present.
我给她礼物时,她的脸上露出了喜色。
When she got the news of her winning the first prize, her heart was pounding with joy.
当她得知自己获得一等奖的消息时,她高兴得心怦怦直跳。
(二) 悲伤/沮丧
1. A wave of sadness welled up inside him. 他心里涌起阵阵悲伤。
2. Jack was overcome / overwhelmed with grief. 杰克悲痛不已。
3. He shook his head sadly and sighed. 他难过地摇摇头,叹了一口气。
4. Sadness surging within her, she burst/broke into tears.她心中涌起悲伤,突然哭了起来。
5. On hearing the bad news, she lowered her head with tears running down her cheeks.
听到这个坏消息,她垂下了头,泪流满面。
6. His heart sank when word came that he didn't win a prize.

(三) 愤怒/生气
1. Anger welled up in his chest. 愤怒涌上他的心头。

4. She let out a cry of anger, her eyes glaring at her son.她怒吼了一声,眼睛怒视着儿子。

汤姆气得一句话也说不出来。
6. Her reply fueled his anger and he erupted like a volcano.

(四) 害怕/紧张

他紧张得喉咙发紧, 双手发抖。
6. I could feel my heart pounding wildly and my palms sweating.

7. I froze with terror, too scared to move an inch. 我吓呆了,不敢动弹。
I always have butterflies in my stomach before exams.考前我总是忐忑不安。

(五) 惊讶/震惊
1. A look of surprise spread over her face.她一脸惊愕。

3. She opened her mouth with her eyes widening and face turning red.
她张大嘴巴,瞪着眼,涨红了脸。
4. My jaw dropped in amazement/astonishment when I heard the news.

(六) 羞愧/后悔

(七) 安慰/鼓励

(八) 宽慰/感动/感激
1. He calmed down, breathing a sigh of relief. 他恢复了镇静,松了一口气。

听到她鼓励/安慰的话语,能感觉到紧张感的释放,一股暖流传遍全身。
