第三课时(Fuel up & Hit it big)
教学目标 能熟练运用句型“—What is it —It’s a/an ...”“—What are they —They are ...”来问答动物的名称。(语言能力) 能在生活中发现动物形状的运用,发现并了解其中的文化含义。 (文化意识) 3. 能发挥想象,设计并制作出一份动物海报。(思维品质) 4. 能有节奏地朗读英文歌谣,培养语言韵律感。(学习能力)
教学重点 能在实际生活中灵活运用句型“—What is it —It’s a/an ...”“—What are they —They are ...”来询问和回答动物的名称。
教学难点 能够掌握字母Zz和Ll在单词中的发音。
教学过程 批注
Step 1 Warm-up & Revision 歌曲导入,活跃课堂气氛,提高学生学习的积极性。
1. 教师热情地和学生打招呼问好,作简单的Free talk。 2. Watch and do. 教师播放视频《Let’s go to the zoo》,学生边看视频,边做视频中动物的动作。
Step 2 Presentation & Practice 通过情景图片,帮助学生学习新单词,吸引学生注意力。 通过chant感知歌谣韵律,结合TPR教学法,使学生动口、动手、动眼、动脑,调动全身器官,投入到英语学习中来,提高学习效率。 语音故事拓展,帮助学生掌握字母Zz和Ll在单词中的发音,同时拓展学生的阅读视野。 通过多种活动,学生在实际生活中发现动物形状的运用,并用所学句型进行问答,将所学知识与实际生活相结合。
New words. 通过出示图片,学生学习生词out,go,zoo,zebra,move,road,dance,along,which,word,stone,hat和shoe。 Words game. 课件以游戏形式出示这些生词,学生快速反应并大声读出。 Listen and chant. (1)教师播放歌谣音频,学生听录音并初步理解歌谣大意。 (2)学生听音频,感受歌谣韵律,边跟着节奏边做动作跟唱歌曲。 (3)教师教唱歌谣,带领学生理解歌谣意思。 (4)教师播放歌谣视频,学生有感情有节奏地跟唱并做动作。 Read the chant and circle. 课件出示Read the chant and circle.部分的内容,学生先读出这些单词,随后根据含有字母Zz或Ll的规则,分别圈出这些单词。 Extension reading: 关于字母Ll和Zz的语音绘本故事 (1)关于字母Ll的语音绘本故事 Look! A ladybug! Look! Look! Look! The ladybug is looking at a lizard. Look! Look! Look! The lizard is looking at a lamb. Look! Look! Look! The lamb is looking at a lion. Look out! The lion is looking at you! (2)关于字母Zz的语音绘本故事 Zack is a zebra at the zoo. Sometimes Zack is crazy. He can make you dizzy. Sometimes Zack is lazy. He is the zebra crossing at the zoo. Zack is an amazing zebra at the zoo. He gets many prizes. Zack is a superstar at the zoo. Everybody loves Zack. Listen and order. 教师先请学生观察图片内容,学生看图片并描述出图片中的物品。 随后学生根据听到的顺序,将图片进行排序。 Find animals around you. Tell the class about them. (1)课件出示该部分的图片,学生仿照例句进行问答: A: What is it B: It’s a lion. What are they A: They are tigers. (2)Ask and answer. 课件出示不同动物形状的物品,学生用句型“—What is it —It’s ____. ”“—What are they —They are ____.”进行问答。
Step 3 Consolidation&Extension 通过“制作动物海报”活动,发挥了学生的想象及创造能力,同时也培养了学生的动手能力。
1. Look and guess. 课件出示Look and guess.部分的图片,教师请学生仔细观察图片。随
后请几名学生说出对应的动物,其他学生判断他/她说的是否正确。 2. Make your animal poster. 课件出示Make your animal poster.部分的图片及内容。 教师先带领学生看图片,随后帮助学生理解句子意思,最后请学生按照步骤来制作动物海报。 ① Find or draw pictures of animals. ② Cut them out. ③ Draw a nice place for the animals. ④ Glue the animals onto the paper. 3. Talk about your animal poster. 学生根据制作的动物海报,仿照例句进行介绍: Look! They are bears. They are tigers.
Step 4 Summary&Homework
小结:师生共同回顾本课时学习的重点单词及句型。 2. 课后作业。 查阅资料,了解更多的动物。选择一种或多种动物画下来并进行介绍。
