Last weekend, two women were present as she was at her position. When she handed them their bill, neither of them could afford it. They looked badly embarrassed and didn’t know what to say. “Reduce, reuse, recycle,” these are the three Rs that environmental activists have stressed. But how can we realize them Recently, this idea came to life in China in a clever way in a famous scenic spot (风景区) in Dunhuang, Northwest China’s Gansu Province.
