学习内容分析 本课语篇是发生在教师带领学生来到动物园的场景,教师介绍动物园行程内容,并适当描述参观内容,然后向学生发出任务指令,在参观的过程中,学生针对喜欢和不喜欢的动物及其原因展开讨论。听力1为教师独白,介绍今日的动物园行程并提出问题,希望学生带着问题进行参观并讨论。听力2为Yaming,Emma和Chen Jie三位同学在参观过程中看到不同的动物。谈论喜欢和不喜欢及原因。语音部分需要学生听辨并准确认读含有元音字母a及字母组合a/e / / /; ai/e /; ay/e /; al/ :/; aw/ :/的音标以及带有这些音素的词汇,建立音素意识;听辨并准确认读单词的弱读以及名词复数的发音;在口头表达中做到单词发音清晰、准确,句子朗读流畅。
学情分析 学生在小学阶段具备了一定的听说读写基础,在过去的学习中学习过一些简单的动物名称和问答一般疑问句、what和why引导的特殊疑问句。本课的很多基础词汇和句型,学生在之前的学习中也多有接触过,因此能够较好地理解单元教材内容并完成相应的学习任务,也能更好地以旧带新,创建新知与旧知的关联。但学生不了解企鹅、老鹰、狐狸等小学未学过动物和相关形容词的英语表达,可使用的句型较为单一,仅可简单的做最多两个轮次的对话。语言准确性也有待提高。部分学生还不能快速准确的获取信息,也不能主动、准确进行表达。在课堂上需要多进行鼓励和引导,使用不同练习形式训练学生对不同动物单词音、形、意的掌握。

Step 2 Pre-listening Show the pictures in la and ask Ss to write the animals’names under the the pictures.Lead Ss to read the questions in 1b. 1. Match the animals’ names with the pictures in la. 2. Read the sentences in lb and understanding the meaning.
Step 3 While-listening 1. Play the tape of 1b and let Ss answer the questions.2. Lead Ss to read the sentences in 1b. 3. Let Ss listen to the conversations in lc and circle T or F and also correct the mistakes.4. Let Ss listen again and fill in the blanks. 1. Listen to the tape and do the listening tasks.
Step 4 Post-listening 1. Let Ss work in pairs to talk about their favorite animals.2. Invite some Ss to show their conversations in class and then give some comments. Work with deskmates to talk about favorite animals and the reasons.
Step 5 Pronunciation 1. Ask Ss to listen to the words in 1 and repeat.2. Ask Ss to brainstorm more words to write down.3. Let Ss listen and repeat the words in 2 and notice the pronunciation of -(e)s and then summarize the rules for Ss.4. Play the tape and let Ss listen and repeat and notice the unstressed words are pronounced. Read the words and sentences after the tape.
