教学过程
Step 1: Warm-up (3分钟)
Guessing game： 教师描述一种动物，学生猜测。
- It’s black and white. It’s from China. It eats bamboo. (Panda)
- It lives in the sea. It’s very big. It’s blue. (Whale)
设计意图：通过游戏激发学生兴趣，复习动物词汇。
Step 2: Presentation (10分钟)
Grammar 1
1. 教师展示句子：“Why do you like penguins ” “Because they’re cute.”
解释“why”用于提问原因，“because”用于回答原因。
通过例句让学生理解“why”和“because”的用法。
2. 语法讲解
句型结构：
- Why + do/does + 主语 + 动词原形 + ...
- Because + 原因。
例句：
- Why do you like monkeys Because they’re funny.
- Why doesn’t she like snakes Because they’re scary.
语法表格内容分析，比对句型结构
Step 3: Practice (10分钟)
work on 3b：完成3b对话
学生根据教材内容完成对话，并划出动物名词。

Grammar 2
1.教师提问：
Q1:以上3b对话中的动物名词后都加了什么字母？----s。
Q2：名词单数如何变数？
名词复数形式变化规则
1：一般情况加-s
例如：penguin → penguins, monkey → monkeys
2：以s, x, ch, sh结尾的名词加-es
例如：fox → foxes, bus → buses
3：以辅音字母加y结尾的名词，变y为i再加-es
例如：baby → babies, city → cities
4：以f或fe结尾的名词，变f或fe为v再加-es
例如：wolf → wolves, knife → knives
不规则变化
例如：child → children, mouse → mice, sheep → sheep
2.Work on 3c：名词复数练习
学生将表格中的动物名词变为复数形式.
Check the answers：eagles；foxes；giraffes；mice；penguins；sharks；sheep；snakes；whales；bears
3.复数名词完成句子。
例句：
- I like penguins because they’re cute.
- I don’t like snakes because they’re scary.
教师强调名词的复数形式和they的使用。
4.学生练习写句子，并展示他们的成果，师生点评
Step 5: Production (10分钟)
1. Guessing：猜动物
学生两人一组，一人想一种动物，另一人通过提问猜测。
提问示例：
- Is it big/small
- Is it from Africa/China
- Does it have a long tail
设计意图：通过问答练习“why”和“because”的用法。
Step 6: Summary and Homework (2分钟)**
1. summary
看板书复习“why”和“because”的用法和问答复习动物名词及其复数形式。
