The Duties of a Secretary
am Ruth. I have received vocational training for three years. I am familiar with office machines, such as computers, printers and fax machines. Now I work as a secretary in a car company. I get some instructions on what to do. My main duties are to answer phone calls, receive guests, keep records, make travel arrangements, prepare meeting documents, work with other departments and give feedback to the boss. I am happy with my new job. I will become a good secretary.
