一、词汇积累
1. 感恩类
gratitude / ɡr t tju d/ :名词,意为“感激之情;感谢” ,常见搭配如“express one's gratitude(表达某人的感激之情)”,“with gratitude(满怀感激地)” 。例如:I would like to express my gratitude to all those who have helped me.(我想向所有帮助过我的人表达我的感激之情。)
appreciation / pri i e n/ :名词,有“欣赏;感激;理解”等含义。在表示“感激”时,常与“show”“express”等动词搭配,如“show appreciation for(对……表示感激)” 。如:We should show appreciation for our parents' hard work.(我们应该感激父母的辛勤付出。)
be grateful to sb. for sth. :固定短语,“因某事而感激某人” 。例如:I am very grateful to my teacher for her patient guidance.(我非常感激我的老师耐心的指导。)
be thankful for :“对……心存感激”,后接名词或动名词。如:We should be thankful for the good things in our lives.(我们应该对生活中的美好事物心存感激。)
2. 珍惜类
cherish / t er / :动词,“珍爱;珍惜;怀有(感情等)” 。例如:We should cherish every moment we spend with our family.(我们应该珍惜和家人在一起的每一刻。)
treasure / tre (r)/ :作动词时,意为“珍视;珍爱;珍藏” ,与“cherish”意思相近 。如:I will always treasure the memories of our time together.(我会永远珍视我们在一起的回忆。)

1. 感恩父母
My parents are the most important people in my life, and I am filled with gratitude for everything they have done for me. 3. 感恩老师
