Our planet is about 4.6 billion years old. According to the latest research, humans appeared only 2.5 million years ago. If we shorten this into one day, humans appeared in the last two minutes. How did that happen
Midnight on the earth started with a burst of volcanoes. Around 3 to 4 a.m., life appeared at the bottom of the oceans. At 6 p.m., water and sunlight began to provide energy for life. All kinds of plants started to grow. At 9 p.m., the earth gave birth to different creatures. At 11:30 p.m., dinosaurs appeared. They were one of the largest creatures in the history of the earth. The last 20 minutes of the day was the “busiest” time: after the age of dinosaurs, it was the age of all kinds of animals, including humans.

How to protect nature
Nature is very important to us. It provides us with fresh air, clean water and beautiful scenery. Here are some ways to protect it.

1. 主语 + 不及物动词(S + Vi)

用法:这种句型中的动词是不及物动词,不需要宾语就能表达完整的意思。常用来描述主语的动作、行为或状态,如 run 跑,sleep 睡觉,happen 发生 等。可以通过添加状语来丰富句子内容。
简单句
2. 主语 + 及物动词 + 宾语(S + Vt + O)
·She reads a book. 她读一本书。
·She reads an interesting book about history.
她读一本关于历史的有趣的书。
用法:及物动词需要一个宾语来使句子意思完整,宾语可以是名词、代词、动名词或不定式等。
如love + sb./sth. 爱某人 / 某事;build + a house 建一所房子。可以通过添加形容词、介词短语等修饰宾语。
3. 主语 + 系动词 + 表语(S + V + P)
·He is happy. 他是快乐的。
·The flower smells sweet. 花闻起来很香。
·The weather gets colder. 天气变得更冷了。
用法:系动词起到连接主语和表语的作用,表语通常是形容词、名词、代词、介词短语或不定式等,用来描述主语的特征、状态、身份等。常见的系动词有 be 是,look 看起来,feel 感觉,become 变得等。
4. 主语 + 及物动词 + 间接宾语 + 直接宾语(S + Vt + IO + DO)
· My mother gave me a present.
=My mother gave a present to me. 我妈妈给了我一个礼物。
用法:这种句型中的及物动词后面跟两个宾语,间接宾语通常是人,表示动作的对象;直接宾语通常是物,表示动作的内容。常见的此类动词有 give 给,show 展示,tell 告诉,send 发送等。
当间接宾语后置时,需要借助介词 to 或 for,用 to 的情况多表示动作的方向,用 for 的情况多表示动作的目的。
5. 主语 + 及物动词 + 宾语 + 宾语补足语(S + Vt + O + OC)
·We made the room clean. 我们使房间干净。
·I find English interesting. 我发现英语有趣。
·They saw the boy playing football. 他们看见男孩在踢足球。
用法:宾语补足语用来补充说明宾语的特征、状态、身份等。能作宾语补足语的有名词、形容词、副词、不定式、分词等。
