Me neither 是常见的交际用语，表示自己的情况与前面的否定情况一样，此处相当于 Neither/ Nor have I。“Neither/Nor + 情态动词/助动词/be动词 + 主语”表示前面所述的否定情况也同样适用于另一个人或物。
Eg：— I don’t like winter. It’s too cold.
— Me neither. ( = Neither do I. )
【拓展延伸】如果表示自己的情况和前面的肯定情况一样,则用 Me too 或“So + 情态动词/助动词/be 动词+I”。“So + 情态动词/助动词/be动词 + 主语”表示前面所述的肯定情况也同样适用于另一个人或物。
Eg:— I often visit my grandparents on weekends.

both / neither / either用法辨析
both 意为“两者都”，一般用于肯定的陈述句。与of连用, 作主语时，其后谓语动词用复数形式；作定语时，其后常跟名词的复数形式。
Eg: Both of the students are always studying hard.
= Both students are always studying hard .
neither 意为“两者都不或两者中任何一个也不”， 表示“ 全
否定”， 与of 连用作主语时，其后谓语动词用单数形
式；作定语时，只修饰可数名词的单数形式。
either 意为“两者中的任何一个”，用作主语时, 其后谓语动
词用单数形式；用作定语时, 只修饰可数名词的单数形式。

本句是一个反意疑问句。反意疑问句是指在陈述句后附加一个简短问句，用于征询肯定或否定的意见，或者希望陈述句所说的内容得到证实。
一、反意疑问句的两种形式:
① 肯定的陈述句＋否定的简短问句
② 否定的陈述句＋肯定的简短问句
二、反意疑问句的答语:
反意疑问句的答语应符合事实。
事实是肯定的，用yes；事实是否定的，用no。
当句式是“前否定，后肯定”时，翻译要以事实为依据，yes翻译为“不” , no翻译为“是的”。
