教育部部署加强中小学人工智能教育
　近日，教育部办公厅印发通知，探索中小学人工智能教育实施途径，加强中小学人工智能教育。
　　通知明确加强中小学人工智能教育的总体要求。一是坚持立德树人，全面贯彻党的教育方针，紧扣新时代新征程教育使命，满足面向未来的创新型人才培养需求。二是坚持以人为本，遵循教育规律和人才成长规律，以人工智能引领构建以人为本的创新教育生态，引导学生正确处理人与技术、社会的关系，促进思维发展，培养创新精神，提高解决实际问题的能力。三是坚持激发兴趣，引导学生广泛参与探究实践，强调学用结合，培养学生科学兴趣和科学精神，提升数字素养与数字技能。四是坚持统筹谋划，加强顶层设计和部门协同，积极稳妥推进，鼓励有条件的地方和学校先行先试。
　　通知指出，要构建系统化课程体系，实施常态化教学与评价。进一步完善相关课程中人工智能教育要求，小学低年级段侧重感知和体验人工智能技术，小学高年级段和初中阶段侧重理解和应用人工智能技术，高中阶段侧重项目创作和前沿应用。鼓励各地各校将人工智能教育纳入课后服务项目和研学实践，推动产学研用结合，研发一批人工智能教育学习类课程和教学案例，为教学提供支持。统筹信息科技、科学类、综合实践活动、劳动等课程和课后服务，一体化实施。结合人工智能技术的特点，大力推进基于任务式、项目式、问题式学习的教学。
　　通知强调，要开发普适化教学资源，建设泛在化教学环境。在国家中小学智慧教育平台开设中小学人工智能教育栏目，广泛汇聚优质教育资源，实现优质资源共建共享。分批设立中小学人工智能教育基地，推动高校、科研院所和高科技企业的人工智能实验室、展厅等场馆向中小学校开放，开发适合中小学生的人工智能教育资源。均衡配置中小学人工智能实验室资源，升级优化现有的数字化教学环境和设施设备，加强校际间资源共享，为学生提供人工智能体验、学习、探究、实践的空间。
　　通知提出，要推动规模化教师供给。将人工智能教育教师培训纳入计划，提高教师专业化水平。鼓励有条件的地区和学校充实人工智能教育教师队伍，积极引进高校、科研院所、高科技企业中符合条件的专业人才作为人工智能兼职教师。
　　通知指出，要组织多样化交流活动。鼓励学校通过多种形式活动，将人工智能与学生的个人生活、校园生活和社会生活有机结合起来，营造浓厚的人工智能教育环境。
　　通知要求做好城乡统筹，加大对农村和边远地区学校的支持力度，推动教师流动，利用网络平台实现城乡学校人工智能教育相关课程互联互通。城乡学校要开展结对帮扶活动，共享教学经验，共同提升人工智能教育质量。
教育部：2030年前中小学基本普及人工智能教育
教育部办公厅近日发布关于加强中小学人工智能教育的通知，明确人工智能教育的总体要求，强调要以人工智能引领构建以人为本的创新教育生态，服务引导学生正确处理人与技术、社会的关系，促进思维发展，培养创新精神，提高解决实际问题的能力。
通知列出了人工智能教育的六大主要任务和举措，包括构建系统化课程体系、实施常态化教学与评价、开发普适化教学资源、建设泛在化教学环境、推动规模化教师供给和组织多样化交流活动。
通知提出，小学低年级段应侧重感知和体验人工智能技术，小学高年级和初中阶段侧重理解和应用人工智能技术，高中阶段侧重项目创作和前沿应用。此外，在实施人工智能教育时要注意培养解决实际问题的能力，大力推进基于任务式、项目式、问题式学习的教学。通知强调，要加强顶层设计和部门协同，统筹推进中小学和大学人工智能教育一体化发展。
主要任务及举措
1.构建系统化课程体系：
制订AI通识教育指南和普及读本。完善相关课程中AI教育要求，鼓励纳入地方和校本课程。小学低年级段侧重感知体验，高年级段和初中侧重理解应用，高中侧重项目创作和前沿应用。注重AI教育应用伦理，引导中小学生科学合理使用AI工具。
2.实施常态化教学与评价：
统筹相关课程和课后服务，防止重复交叉。注重培养解决实际问题的能力，推进任务式、项目式、问题式学习。加强AI教育教研，单设 AI教育类别评选。探索将AI素养纳入学生综合素养评价体系。
3.开发普适化教学资源：
在国家中小学智慧教育平台开设AI教育栏目。鼓励研发AI教育教学资源，实现共建共享。分批设立AI教育基地，丰富完善教学资源。推动高校、科研院所和高科技企业的AI场馆向中小学校开放。
4.建设泛在化教学环境：
建设多元化、高水平的中小学AI教育实验室。依托现有数字化教学环境和设施设备升级优化。鼓励高校、科研院所、高科技企业参与AI实验室建设。加强校际间教学场所和教学资源共享。
5.推动规模化教师供给：
加强AI教育师资队伍建设，通过招聘、引进、转岗等方式充实队伍。鼓励高校开设AI教育相关专业，培养未来教师队伍。将AI教育教师培训纳入计划，提高教师专业化水平。
6.组织多样化交流活动：
鼓励学校通过多种形式活动丰富AI体验与实践。组织课程拓展和交流活动，为学生提供展示平台。在“中学生英才计划”中加强AI相关领域青少年人才培养。

One day, I tried swimming. I was scared of water, but I wanted to learn. I started a class, but it was hard. I couldn't swim well and felt like giving up.
My teacher said, "Keep trying. You'll get better." So, I tried again and again. Every day, I went to the pool and practiced. It was tiring, but I didn't stop.
Slowly, I got better. I could swim a little farther each time. I felt proud of myself. One day, I swam a whole lap without stopping!
I learned that if you keep trying, you can do hard things. I'm not scared of water anymore, and I love swimming now. It's a great feeling to know that I can do something I once thought was impossible.
A Lesson I Learned
Last summer, I learned a valuable lesson about perseverance. I signed up for a swimming course, determined to conquer my fear of water. Initially, I struggled, feeling overwhelmed and ready to give up. But my instructor encouraged me, saying, "Progress is made by overcoming obstacles."

Learning the Power of Cooperation

Watching animations is a childhood memory for every generation (一代人), but the shows are different over time.
On Oct 20, 4K editions of six classic Chinese animations were released (发行) on the video platform Xigua Video. The 4K edition of The Legend of Sealed Book, a Chinese cartoon film from 1983, hit cinemas on Nov 5.
These animations not only allow us to enjoy classics from different times, but also give us a taste of Chinese culture. From the stories to visual effects, they have a real Chinese flavor.
Take The Legend of Sealed Book for example. The story comes from Chinese legends. Yuangong, who comes from heaven, finds a book with amazing tricks and lets the boy Dansheng practice them.
“Unique (奇特的), funny and beautiful” – these are what the artists worked hard for at the time, according to the film’s director Qian Yunda. They borrowed cultural elements (元素) from traditional opera and painting. The looks of many characters come from Peking Opera face makeup, showing their personalities. Lovely Dansheng looks like wawasheng, roles for kids in Peking Opera. A cunning (狡猾的) fox wears huadan makeup to make her more attractive. Huadan is the young female role in Peking Opera.
Customs like walking on stilts (踩高跷) and lion dancing are shown vividly. Animation artists painted in both realistic and poetic styles. Simple and thin lines are used to paint characters, while the ink wash painting style was used for mountains, trees and water.
Another animation, Little Tadpole Looking for Mummy was totally drawn with ink and brush. The designers learned from the great artist Qi Baishi. The black tadpoles, pink lotus flowers, yellow chickens and red goldfish … all come to life!
“Classic Chinese animations show us how colorful and rich our cultures are. I want to show respect to the artists who made them!” said actor Li Zonghan at a preview of The Legend of Sealed Book.
