一、词汇
support v./n. 支持；供养；拥护；资助；支撑
固定搭配短语：support sb. in sth. 在某方面支持某人
例句：She supported her family by working two jobs.（她通过做两份工作来供养家庭。）
determine vt. 决定；确定；下定决心
固定搭配短语：determine to do sth. 决心做某事
例句：He determined to become a doctor. （他决定成为一名医生。）
quit vt./vi. 离开；辞职；停止
