It started innocently enough, as most things do. My son Nick had been eager to try rock climbing and he needed a partner. As a 45-year-old mother,I am not a physical person at all. But I still decided to join him in a training class. The first time I reached the top and returned safely to the ground,I was flooded with a mix of emotions. It took nearly three months before I felt strong enough to give it another try. Nick was supportive throughout the process. I made it halfway up,. but then panic set in. I felt like I had let myself and Nick down. He reassured me, telling me not to worry, to take my time, and to try a different route when I was ready. Fifteen minutes later, I chose a different path. I kept
reminding myself that I could change my mind at any time. Along the way Nick guided and encouraged me. To my surprise, I made it to the top and back to the ground safely.
Rock climbing was doing wonders for me. It has not only enhanced my physical and mental strength but also implanted in me a newfound sense of confidence. Moreover, it serves as an excellent opportunity for Nick and me to strengthen our

For thousands of years, people have changed food to please their sense of taste. More than 3,000years

One day, a woman carrying a“Lost Dog: Lucky” poster walked into the park. Lena’ s heart dropped when she saw Shadow’ s picture on the flyer. The woman rushed forward upon seeing the dog, and Shadow— whose real name was Lucky— immediately bounded towards her with excited barks. Through tears, Lena watched their reunion, but the owner, noticing her sadness, warmly invited her to visit anytime she wanted. It was a hard time for Lena but she knew it was time for Lucky to go home.
Lena and Emily began visiting Lucky every now and then. The regular visits to the woman's house became something Lena looked forward to each week. Watching Lucky play freely and confidently with other dogs helped Lena realize that she too could overcome her fears. At school,she gradually found her voice in class discussions, and even when she made mistakes, she remembered Lucky's carefree spirit. The little lost dog had taught her that the best friendships often begin when we open our hearts to others, even if it means having to let go.
