Water is important to us. We need water for drinking, cooking and washing. But there’s not enough water on the earth. So, we need to save water.
It’s not hard for us to help save water. There are many things we can do at home. For example, wash as many clothes as possible at a time. Do not take long showers. Turn off the tap each time after using the water. Don’t keep the water running when brushing the teeth. As students, we can also help save water at school. Have a class activity about saving water, such as making a poster and giving speeches(演讲). Collect the rainwater to do cleaning or water plants. Tell the teachers when we find a tap leaking(漏水).
