help sb. out (with sth.) 是一个动词短语，意思是：
“帮助某人解决难题, 帮助某人摆脱困境,”

2. Could I at least finish watching this show
1) at least “至少”, 多指数量或程度上的最低限度。其反义词组为at most, 即“至多,不超过”。
e.g. We should brush our teeth at least once a day. 2) finish “完成;, 后接名词/代词/动词-ing形式,

two hours of TV意为“看两小时的电视”,作主语，谓语动词用单数。
当时间、长度、距离、数量做主语时，谓语动词用单数。e.g.

4. … Mom will be back from shopping any minute now.
1) any minute now 相当于“随时；马上；在任何时候”之意,
e.g. The plane is ready to take off any minute now.

2) be back 回来，与come back意思相近
e.g. You must be back/come back by 4 o'clock.
5. And she won’t be happy if she sees this mess.
1) mess “脏乱, 凌乱”, 可数名词, 一般用单数。
常用短语：
a mess of 一大堆 in a mess 乱七八糟;
make a mess 把…弄糟/弄乱
