考点 What's the matter？怎么了？
(1)这是询问对方遇到什么困难，或者询问病情的表达方式。其同义句有：
①What's wrong
②What's the trouble
③What's up
(2)matter在此处为名词，意为“问题；事情”。
【拓展】matter作动词，意为“要紧；关系重大”。常用句型It doesn't matter.意为“没关系。”用来回应对方的道歉。
如：—Sorry，I'm late.抱歉，我来晚了。
—It doesn't matter.没关系。
考点 辨析sore与ache
sore 形容词，常置于表示身体部位的名词前，与其构成名词短语。如：sore feet脚疼
a sore leg腿疼
ache 名词，常与表示身体部位的名词合成一个新的名词，表示“……痛”。
如：headache头痛 stomachache胃痛；
腹痛
考点 lie的用法
lie作动词，意为“躺；平躺”时，其过去式、过去分词和现在分词分别为lay，lain，lying。
【拓展】(1)lie作不及物动词，意为“撒谎；说谎”时，其过去式和过去分词均为lied，现在分词为lying。
