Don’t feel worried. It’s not your fault! Being bullied can make you feel very lonely and angry, but you are not alone.
Don’t feel that you have to hide the problem. You should find someone you can trust and tell him. It might be your teacher, your parents, or even your friend’s parents. After you tell someone, you will get some support and feel some relief.
Speaking to an adult might make you nervous, but here are other things you can do. Some people show their feelings more freely on paper. Write a letter to someone or keep a diary. Include all the facts about what the bullies do, as well as when and where the bullying happens in the letter or the diary. You can use it as the proof(证据) to show what is going on. And it is a wonderful idea to show your letter or diary to a teacher or another responsible adult(负责的成年人). Then the bullies will feel very afraid if their names appear in a letter!
Also, don’t show you are sad and don’t try to fight(打架) with the bullies. Pay no attention to them and just walk away. The bullies will soon stop.

37.【答案】Dear Jane,
How is it going I have some rules at home. After dinner, I'm always told to do the dishes. This chore not only makes me a responsible person but also allows me to relieve my parents' burden.
I must go to bed before 9 o'clock. Although it seems a bit early, it ensures I get enough sleep, which is crucial for my study and growth.
Besides, I'm not permitted to watch TV or play computer games. I used to dislike this rule as I love entertainment. However, my parents explain that it helps me avoid distractions and focus on my studies.
Overall, these rules might seem strict, but I understand they are beneficial for my future.
Yours,
Li Hua
