一、考点综述
倡议书是为号召大家参加某项活动而发起的提议信。一般由标题、正文、结尾等部分组成。
二、典例示范
近年来，许多城市开展了“绿色出行（Green Transportation）”计划，向市民提供了大批量的公共自行车。请围绕“骑车出行”这一主题写一份倡议书。内容包括：
1.表明“绿色出行”的观点；
2.简述倡导“绿色出行”的理由；
3.呼吁市民“绿色出行”。
注意：
1.词数100左右；
2.可适当增加细节，以使行文连贯；

My dear friends,
As we all know, cars have caused some problems such as air pollution and traffic jams. Therefore, I’m writing to call on(号召) Green Transportation.
How can we solve such problems As far as I am concerned, riding bicycles is a good solution. For one thing, bicycles don’t need any petrol and they are energy-saving. For another(其次), bicycles are environmentally friendly because they don’t give off(释放) waste gas. Riding bicycles is also a good way to keep us healthy/fit.
Therefore, in response to(响应) the government’s call of Green Transportation, let’s ride bicycles.

Dear teachers and students,
