Hey! We want to share our weekly workout plan with you. Exercising is super important for us students. It helps us stay healthy and focused on our studies.
Monday: Running
After school, we go to the school playground and run for 30 minutes. Running makes our hearts stronger and helps us stay energetic.
Tuesday: Bodyweight Training
At home, we do some simple bodyweight exercises like sit - ups. Each type of exercise has 3 sets, with 10 - 15 reps in each set. These exercises help us develop muscles and make my body stronger.
Wednesday: Cycling
We love cycling! On Wednesday afternoon, we can ride bikes around the neighborhood for about 45 minutes. It's a great way to relax after a long day of classes.
