At 11 a. m., Chun Wai Chan, a great dancer in Houston Ballet, takes out his phone and starts to live stream (直播) his dance class. Quite a few people around the world dance with him.
Giying free classes from Monday to Friday was Chan’s new job when he had to stay at home. “When someone asked me if I could give online dance classes, I said ‘yes’,” Chan said. Over 500 followers took his first class on March 18.
