选择疑问句中的语调通常遵循“前升后降”的原则,即选择疑问句的前一部分用升调,表示问题尚未结束,还有更多内容需要听者注意,后一部分用降调,表示这是问题的最后一个部分,听者需要从中选择一个答案进行回答。

Intonation in English
一般情况下,陈述句用降调。
e.g. I like reading books.
如果陈述句中有列举等情况,前面的部分可能用平调,最后一个用降调。
e.g. I bought a pen, a notebook, and a dictionary.(“a pen” 和 “a
notebook” 可以是平调,“a dictionary” 用降调。)
(在这个句子中,“like” 这个词的音调稍高,然后 “reading
books” 的音调逐渐下降。整个句子的语调是从稍高的位置平
稳地下降,表示陈述一个事实。)
选择疑问句提供两种或两种以上情况,问对方选择哪一种,选择项用or连接。选择疑问句不能用Yes或No来回答。朗读时or前面部分用升调,后面部分用降调。
e.g. Do you want to go to the park or the cinema “Do you want to go to the park” 用升调, “or the cinema” 中 “or” 升调,“the cinema” 用降调,这样的语调可以帮助区分不同的选项并强调最后一个选项是最终的选择范围。

特殊疑问句一般用降调。
e.g. What's your name
(“What's” 的音调稍高,然后 “your name” 的音调逐渐下降。)
一般疑问句通常用升调。
e.g. Are you a student
( 句子中的 “Are you”音调逐渐上升,最后一个单词 student 的
音调最高,这种升调是为了表示疑问,期待对方给出肯定或
否定的回答。)

What would you like 用于礼貌地询问对方的喜好或需求。其答语常为“I'd like ..
would like表示“要;想要”。其中would是情态动词,常可缩写为’d。 would like sth.“喜欢/想要某物”。否定:would not like...
would like to do sth.“想要做某事”
注意:would like和want表示“要;想要”,但两者语气上差别较大。
前者礼貌委婉、正式规范,后者直接、非正式且随意。

2.Do you have anything with tofu 你们有带豆腐的菜吗?
anything是复合不定代词,常用于否定句、疑问句或条件句中,表示“任何事物;任何东西”;肯定句中可以用something。
注意1:其作主语时,谓语动词要用单数形式。形容词修饰复合不定代词something,anything 等时,形容词要后置。
I don’t have anything to eat. 我没有任何吃的东西。
Is there anything interesting in today’s newspaper 今天的报纸上有什么有趣的内容吗?
Anything is impossible.一切皆有可能。
注意2:在表示请求、建议或征求意见的疑问句中常用 something,不用 anything。Would you like something to eat 你想吃点儿东西吗
