Gongbao chicken
This popular dish from Sichuan consists of stir-fried chicken with peanuts, vegetables, chili peppers, and peppercorns. It is enjoyed around the world.
In the United States, it is called “Kung Pao Chicken”. Western versions are generally less spicy than their Chinese counterparts, and are often cooked with orange, ginger, and garlic, as well as different vegetables and chicken substitutes, such as pork, duck, or tofu.

(1)选择疑问句
这是一个选择疑问句。说话人提出两种或两种以上的情况,要求对方选择一种情况回答,这种问句叫选择疑问句。
选择疑问句中用or连接(最后)两个选择项。回答选择疑问句时不能用yes或 no,而应选择什么就回答什么。读选择疑问句时,or前面的部分用升调,or后面的部分用降调。
