I have a good eating habit. I eat a good breakfast every morning. Breakfast is very important because it gives me energy for the day. I usually have eggs, bread, and milk for breakfast. This helps me stay focused in class.
However, I also have a bad habit. I eat between meals. I eat too many snacks or sweet things. They are not healthy because eating too many snacks is bad for my health, but sometimes I just can't stop.
To improve my eating habits, I can try not to eat snacks between meals. Instead, I can drink water or eat fruits when I feel hungry. This way, I can stay healthy and have more energy for my studies and other activities.

For example, some people have fast food every week. It is easy and delicious. But it often has lots of salt, fat, sugar. That makes put on weight.
