On this special day, Sam learned that farming is not easy and takes a lot of hard work. He understood the meaning of the saying, "Every grain comes from hard work." If you try to learn something new each day, like Sam did, you can make each day special.

I had a really good day today. Our class went on a school trip to an art museum. We took a coach from our school to get there. We were all excited! The museum is in a large building. We walked slowly through the big rooms. We saw many paintings and photographs, but my favourite part was the sculptures. We took lots of photos. I felt really inspired by the artwork. Now I am more interested in our art class and want to learn how to make sculptures. What a great day!
