一、连词核心考点精讲
1. 并列连词（连接同等成分）
连词 用法 例句 记忆技巧
and 表并列、顺承 I like apples and bananas. 口诀：“并列、顺承用and”
but 表转折 He is poor, but he is happy. 对比：but（转折） vs. and（顺承）
or 表选择、否定句中的“也不” Is it red or blue 口诀：“选择、否定用or”
so 表结果 It rained, so we stayed home. 注意：so不与because同时使用
for 表原因（置于句中，后接完整句） She cried, for she was sad. 对比：for（表原因） vs. because（直接原因）
易错点：
although/though 不能与 but 连用：
Although he is old, but he works hard.
Although he is old, he works hard.
2. 从属连词（引导从句）
连词 引导从句类型 例句 记忆技巧
because 原因状语从句 I stayed home because it rained. 口诀：“原因用because，结果用so”
if 条件状语从句 If it rains, we won’t go. 联想：“如果（if）……就……”
when 时间状语从句 I was reading when he came. 对比：when（点时间） ，while（段时间）
that 宾语从句/定语从句 He said that he was tired. 注意：宾语从句中that可省略
whether 宾语从句（表“是否”） I wonder whether he will come. 对比：whether vs. if
易错点：
if 与 whether 的区别：
I don’t know if/whether he will come.（宾语从句中可互换）
If he will come is unknown.（主语从句中只能用whether）
3. 关联连词（成对使用）

both…and 两者都 Both Tom and Lucy are here. 口诀：“both…and（两者都）”
either…or 要么……要么 Either you or I am wrong. 口诀：“either…or（二选一）”
neither…nor 既不……也不 Neither he nor I am right. 口诀：“neither…nor（都不）”
not only…but also 不仅……而且 He not only sings but also dances. 注意：就近原则（谓语动词与最近主语一致）
