Animals need places with food and water to live. Too many animals are losing their homes. Second, stop killing them for food or their fur. We’d better not buy anything made of those animals.
Everyone can help save animals. Let’s look after them and help them stay safe!

Every school has its school rules. Here are some of my school rules.
First, we must wear the school uniform, and we can’t wear a hat in class. We can’t run in the hallways either because it is dangerous. Also, we have to keep quiet in the library. We mustn’t listen to music in class, because we need to focus on our study. If we are late for school, we have to clean the classroom.
I think these rules can help us to become a better person. And it’s important to follow them.

Today I’ll talk about my family rules.
My parents are very strict with me. They make rules like “ Don’t hang out with friends on school nights” and “ Be polite to the old”. And I must follow them. I can only hang out with friends at weekends. I must help to do the dishes, and clean the kitchen after dinner. I must make the bed after I get up. I also have to wash my clothes by myself. I must read before going to bed.
These rules are strict but I can understand my parents. I know they make rules to build a good family spirit and make me a better person.

More teenagers want their life to be healthier. So how can we make ours better
Firstly, having a rich breakfast is a good way of keeping fit. It is good for our bodies and mind, and makes us focus on our lessons. Second, exercise keeps us healthy. We can do exercise like jumping rope, playing badminton or jogging three times a week.
For me, I have a nice breakfast every day, so I am always active. I never eat junk food. What’s more, I hardly ever stay up late.

I have some ways to keep fit. Now let me tell you.
My favourite sport is football. And I am on our school football team. I practise playing it with other members twice a week. Football makes us together and we build great team spirit.
Sometimes I use an exercise app to work out. The app gives me different kinds of exercise like doing sit ups and jogging. With the app, I can do sports and share my progress with friends, and they can show theirs to me too. I think it’s the best way to keep fit.

What about me I’m drawing a painting for the contest next week. We are all enjoying ourselves.

Look! Daming’s parents are making delicious zongzi. Beth’s mother is watching dragon boat races on TV. Some people are having fun in the park, but others are still working in the office. Now my brother is driving home from work. He buys some gifts for us. I’m really looking forward to seeing him!
