Tony has protected a human being from harm.
He had prevented Claire from harming herself through her own sense of failure.
He had opened the curtains that night so that the other women would see him and Claire, knowing that there was no risk to Claire’s marriage.
Tony, the robot, could do all to help Claire, but he couldn’t prevent her from falling in love with him.

Larry’s feeling: angry/upset. He couldn’t have his wife falling in love with Tony.
Larry’s action: he may do sth. to rebuild the robot.
Thus it was taken away by the company where Larry worked and the story was to be continued......

1. follow the three lines: time line, plot line and emotion line
2. pay attention to the two given sentences in the continuation parts.
