Whenever the exam season comes, stress may come along. Here are some 81 that have helped me and my friends through this season.
When the stress of exams is really hitting me, I stop and take a walk. I usually borrow my neighbor’s dog and 82 for about fifteen minutes. Many boys would simply choose to run for a while, or play ball games. Having some 83 drives away your stress easily most of the time.
And 84 you find music helpful, give it a go. Listening to your favorite songs will surely make you 85 . The best thing about this is that you don’t have to go 86 .
But if you are a book lover just like me, 87 a book you like for half an hour. Reading can take you to places you’ve 88 been. Putting yourself into a new world helps you forget your stress in this world for a little bit.
For sure, there’s nothing better than laughing. Laughing is the best medicine. It can really keep 89 off your mind! Very often I call my best friend and we 90 our good times or something funny, and I’m feeling better before I know it.
Remember many others also face the problem of stress just like you, and it is not something that cannot be dealt with.

When I was young, my mum used to give the family something special for meals —she would make breakfast food for dinner.
I still remember one night my mum 121 some bread in front of my dad, something very burnt. I waited to see if anybody noticed. To my surprise, my dad just took his 122 , smiled at my mum and then turned to ask me how my day at school had been. I’ve 123 what I told him that night. 124 I do remember watching him put some butter on that bread. He ate it away as usual, every single bit.
After dinner, my mum said sorry to my dad for burning the bread. And I never forget what he said, “I 125 burnt bread, dear. It doesn’t matter at all.”
After school I went to kiss Dad good night. I asked him if he really liked his bread burnt. He held me in arms and 126 , “Your mum worked very hard all day. She’s really 127 . And you see — a bit of burnt food never hurt anyone!”
Now I know life is not perfect. 128 is perfect, either. As for me, I often forget birthdays or some other special days. But I’ve learned something 129 over these years. What we really need is the understanding of each other, whether between a husband and wife, a parent and brother or just between two friends. This is the key to a happy life.
So don’t get angry if the bread gets burnt. Remember, 130 bread never hurt anyone. Be kind to those around you and a happier life will surely come closer to you.
