Thankfully, the main power was switched off and the ambulance arrived soon. The medical
workers out of the ambulance quickly assessed the boy’s condition and checked his vital signs. His
breathing was shallow, but he was still alive. We watched as the medical workers gently carried him
to the ambulance, taking extra care to avoid any further injury. A crowd had gathered, and everyone
stood in tense silence, hoping for the best. My mother’s tears welled up in her eyes as she stared at
the boy’s small milk bottles lying on the wet ground. That night, I lay awake until midnight, anxious
about the boy’s condition.

Early the next morning, I learned about the updates from the hospital. The doctor called to
inform us that the boy had regained awareness. “He got an electric shock and suffered minor burns,
but he’s stable now,” the doctor explained warmly. “The boy asked me to thank everyone who saved
him—especially the man with the bamboo stick and the warm-hearted people who called for help.”
Later that day, the boy’s parents visited our neighborhood, expressing their appreciation with tearful
smiles. At that moment, I realized that even in the darkest times strangers can come together and
protect each other. Life may be delicate, but the bond among people makes it strong.

M: There are lots of reasons. Shoes can look worn or a new style comes out. But above all, it’s that

M: Good morning. Well, as you know, the community gardens at Hadley Park aren’t in the best
shape, and although the local government has a budget to deal with some of the problems, we
do need volunteers for other tasks. Um, first of all, don’t worry about any litter you see lying
about—one of the local schools has offered to help out with that as part of their own
environmental project. (17) The priority for you will be to give us a hand with the new
wooden fencing—it needs constructing along parts of the bicycle track. (18) You’ve
probably also noticed that the pathways that come from the bicycle track are quite narrow,
but the government will widen them later in the year. (19) The other thing we’re doing is
getting rid of some of the foreign species that are growing in the gardens and putting back some
native plants and trees. So, you’ll be doing some digging for us and getting those into the ground.
So, wear strong, waterproof boots; it’s quite muddy at the moment, and your own gloves

【应用文评分标准】
1.评分原则
(1)本题总分为 15分,按五个档次进行评分。
(2)评分时,应主要从内容、词汇语法和篇章结构三个方面考虑,具体为:
◆ 对内容要点的覆盖情况以及表述的清楚程度和合理性。
◆ 使用词汇和语法结构的准确性、恰当性和多样性。
◆ 上下文的衔接和全文的连贯性。
(3)评分时,先根据作答的整体情况初步确定其所属档次,然后以该档次的要求来综
合衡量,确定或调整档次,最后给分。
(4)评分时还应注意:
◆ 词数少于 60的,酌情扣分。
◆ 单词拼写和标点符号是写作规范的重要方面,评分时应视其对交际的影响程度
予以考虑。英、美拼写及词汇用法均可接受。
◆ 书写较差以致影响交际的,可将分数降低一个档次。
2. 内容要点(仅作参考)
(1)引出 AI 对职业的影响;
(2)分析 AI 对职业发展的正向或负向影响(也可都提及);
(3)基于分析提出 2~3 点增强竞争力的建议并给予鼓励。
