Which lifestyle is healthy
Diets are very popular in the US and Europe. They are often described in diet books, with hundreds of different ones available, and with new ones published every year. A popular one recently was the “5:2 diet”. It says to eat normally for five days of the week, but only eat very little (only 500 calories) on the other two days. This is also known as “fasting”(断食) and has been practiced for thousands of years.
A high school class has a wellness book in which you can exchange ideas about health and fitness.

Step 4 Writing
I used to eat junk food like burgers and fried chickens. I was not as healthy as before. So I decided to change.
Then my friend told me to have a balanced diet instead of fast food . At the same time, I did exercise regularly. I chose to run every day with my friends rather than running alone, which was interesting.
Now, by running for a month I become more strong and confident than before.
