To build a healthier China, our government has launched the "Weight Management Year" program. Let's work together to form healthy habits through proper diet and regular exercise!
First of all, we should keep a balanced diet. We'd better eat more fruits and vegetables, which are rich in vitamins and low in calories. Also, choose whole grains and lean proteins like chicken and fish instead of junk food.
Secondly, do exercise for at least 30 minutes every day. You can walk or ride a bike to school or work. It's a great way to burn calories and keep fit.
Last but not least, develop good habits. Go to bed early and get up early. What's more, weigh yourself once a week to keep an eye on your weight.
