Step 1: In groups, create a list of menu dishes. You dan choose
dishes from China or any other country.

① Choose some cold dishes, hot dishes, soups, staples, drinks
and desserts.
② Set up special dishes according to the feature (特点) of the
restaurant.

as ingredients (配料) and pictures.
