Recently, a survey has been done among 1,000 students in our school about how to improve their feelings when they're down. Here are the results.
40% of students choose to talk with others, 35% prefer to rest, and 25% play sports. Surprisingly, 15% eat delicious food, while only 5% haven’t found any way yet.
I often play sports to improve my mood. Last term, I failed a math test and felt really upset. After school, I went to the playground and played basketball with friends. Running and sweating made me forget the stress. Gradually, I calmed down and found the courage to review the mistakes. Now I realize sports not only relax my mind but also give me strength to face challenges. Everyone should find their own way to stay positive!
