It is the most important festival for the Chinese people. All family members get together, just like Christmas in the West.
All people living away from home will go back. Airports, railway stations and long-distance bus stations are crowded with people.

Spring Festival Report
It was my first Halloween since I came to America. I was very happy to join the Halloween party with my friends in Disneyland. We went to the party after school. On our way to the park I was very excited to see a lot of people in costumes. When we arrived at the park the great dance party had already began. Everybody in the Toontown was dancing with the music.
We felt excited and joined the dancing group immediately. When the music stopped,
we decided to have the trick or treat
games. The Disneyland had prepared
treat bags for every guest and there
were a lot of treat stations along each
path. We collected candies talking and
laughing. It was so fun to be a kid again.
We were so busy having fun that we waited till almost the last minute to run to the main avenue to find a place to watch the Boo-to-You Halloween Parade. Luckily, our place was perfect and in no time the Headless Horseman came past us. Then many other characters walked past singing and dancing.
While watching the Parade my friend told me we should experience something scary for Halloween. So we went to the Horror Valley, where the “dead” characters popped out talking to the crowds and telling jokes. We were scared a little bit when “dead” suddenly came out somewhere but amused when it began to talk.
The party ended with spectacular fireworks. It was the most beautiful fireworks I’ve ever seen in my life. And the Disneyland Halloween party is a very special party.
