I'm Li Ping. This is my Self-Assessment report on English learning.
I enjoy English lessons very much, especially activities like role-playing and singing. I can use basic language and cultural knowledge in daily conversations, but I struggle with complex grammar and idioms. In class, I can answer simple questions actively, but I’m nervous when asked to discuss deeper topics. I use note-taking and flashcards as learning strategies, but I need to improve critical thinking skills. In group activities, I collaborate well, but sometimes I’m afraid to share creative ideas.
To improve, I’ll practice writing complex sentences daily and read English novels to learn idioms. I’ll also join English debate clubs to build confidence in expressing opinions. By focusing on these areas, I hope to become a more balanced English learner.
