Tangshan
The number of people who were killed or badly injured in the quake was more than 400,000.
Nearly everything in the city was destroyed.
Soldiers and medical workers came to help the people who had had great loss and to try and find survivors.
With strong support from the government and the tireless efforts of the city's people, a new Tangshan as built upon the earthquake ruins.

An Autumn Outing to the Red Leaf Valley Last Sunday, we participated in a one-day trip to the Red Lea Valley organized by our class , which intended us to get close to nature. A Cross-Country Running Race

A Cross-Country Running Race Last Sunday, our school held a cross-country running race to inspire us to pay more attention to physical exercise. 150 participants from three grades took part in the race actively. The race started at the school gate and ended at the foot of the South Mountain, covering 5 kilometers altogether. Although the race was challenging, all the participants made it to the destination. The race turned out to be a great success. Not only does it strengthen our body, but it also tests our will and enriches our school life.
