全面阅读材料:仔细通读材料,包括文字描述、图表数据、对话内容等。如果是多段文字材料,
理清各段之间的逻辑关系;若是图表,看清标题、坐标轴含义、数据变化趋势等。
提炼关键信息:确定材料围绕的核心主题,提取与主题相关的关键要点。同时,留意材料中是否有特定要求,如写作的体裁(是记叙文、议论文还是说明文)、对某些要点的侧重等。
2. 搭建框架,规划结构
开篇引入主题:根据材料内容,用简洁的语言在开头点明主题,也可以针对材料中
的现象提出问题,引发读者兴趣,进而引出主题。
规划主体内容:依据提炼出的关键信息,分点组织主体段落。
结尾总结升华:总结材料的核心内容,再次强调主题的重要性或得出相关结论。

语法与拼写检查:仔细检查时态是否与材料内容和写作要求一致(如果材料讲述过去的活动,全文一般采用一般过去时)、主谓是否一致、名词单复数形式、动词的各种形式(如第三人称单数、过去式、分词等)是否正确,以及单词拼写是否有误。
逻辑与连贯性检查:观察文章的逻辑结构是否清晰,段落之间、句子之间的过渡是否自然合理。
内容完整性检查:对照材料和题目要求,查看是否涵盖了所有关键信息,要点是否阐述清楚,有无遗漏重要内容。同时,检查文章的字数是否符合要求,过长或过短都可能影响得分。
合理拓展,丰富内容
运用材料信息:巧妙运用材料中的原句、短语
或数据,但避免简单抄袭,要进行适当改写和整合。
结合自身知识经验:围绕材料主题,适当结合自己的知识储备和生活经验进行拓展。
选择恰当词汇句式:根据写作体裁和材料风格,选择合适的词汇和句式。若是较为正式的说明文材料,语言要规范、准确,多使用书面语;若是记叙文材料,可适当运用一些生动形象的词汇和描写性语句。同时,注意句式的多样性,运用简单句、并列句、复合句相结合的方式。

探究一 解题步骤
考生在考场上,可以按照以下几个步骤来完成书面表达题。
第一步:认真审题,明确要求。
审题是写好书面表达题的关键。通读试题所给的每一个字,观察所给的每一幅图画,从而明确该文的题目要求,判断作文的类型、特点,了解作文的重要内容,力求写作切中题意
1.确定主题。通过仔细观察、认真分析,确定文章的主题,然后再围绕主题进行写作,以满足中考“切中题意”的要求。
2.确定格式。文体不同,格式也不一样。书信有书信的格式,便条有便条的格式。同样都是通知,口头通知与书面通知格式也不相同。因此,应根据不同的文体来确定写作时所采用的相应格式。
3.确定人称。因搞错人称而失分,实在令人可惜。所以,在动笔之前应先确定是使用第一、二人称还是第三人称。
4.确定时态。

探究一 解题步骤
第二步:依据要点,草拟提纲。
根据内容提示,在草纸上列出各要点所用的单词、短语以及句式等。注意这是组织语言、形成短文的基础步骤。
这一步骤的要求是:根据内容提示简单地列出提纲,将所需的语言材料准备好。可以只列出主要的词、词组、短语及句型;暂不考虑动词的时态、语态、第三人称单数等词形变化。
第三步:扩展成句,连句成篇。
将上述所列出的单词、短语等扩展成句。注意时态、语态的正确运用,并适当使用一些连接词将所列的语句连成完整的语篇。全文应结构紧凑,前后连贯。

探究一 解题步骤
第四步:仔细检查,认真修改。
检查修改是书面表达解题过程中必不可少的一个重要环节。检查修改的原则是大处着眼,
小处着手。具体应从词法、句法、语篇三个方面入手仔细检查并认真修改。
1. 从词法角度。主要检查词汇的运用是否妥当;拼写是否有误;名词、代词的数和格是否正确;
词性是否混淆;词与词之间是否“搭配不当”;用词是否重复等。
2.从句法角度。主要检查句子结构是否完整;动词时态、语态是否正确;主谓是否一致等。
3.从语篇角度。主要检查文体格式是否正确;字数是否符合要求;要点是否齐全;语句是否
简洁;上下文是否连贯、符合逻辑等。
第五步:认真书写,讲究规范。
中考书面表达对答卷的书写问题有明确具体的要求。因此,在考试中同学们应注意书写的美观性,千万不能因为书写问题影响自己的得分。另外,整洁干净的卷面,规范、美观的字体会给阅卷者好的印象,可以得到“印象分”

探究二 题型策略
一、写人叙事类
(一)命题特点
1. 常采用给材料的形式, 让学生描述或记叙某个人物或事件;
2. 要求学生能够简短地发表自己的看法, 或给予正确的评价;
3. 一般有很大的自由度, 学生可以充分发挥自己的想象, 畅谈自己的看法。
(二)写作要求
1. 主体要明确, 结构要完整, 句型要简练;
2. 切勿漏掉六个要素, 即五个“W” (who, when, where, what, why)和一个“H” (how);
3. 时态、人称要分清; 事件、线索要连贯; 内容、思想要感人。

二、方法建议类
(一)命题特点
1. 一般给出问题和材料, 要求学生写出解决方法或解决建议;
2. 话题侧重行为、学习、环保、安全及健康等方面;
3. 一般要求以书信、邮件形式写作, 学生可根据提示增加一些细节, 适当发挥。
(二)写作要求
1. 主体要明确, 结构要完整, 句型要简练;
2. 如果以书信、邮件形式呈现, 必须符合书信、邮件的基本格式;
3. 时态、人称要分清; 方法、建议要实用; 观念、态度要真诚。

(一)命题特点
1. 一般给出提示, 让学生写出自己的计划或梦想;
2. 要求学生描述将来某一阶段或某一活动的计划; 谈论自己的梦想, 给出坚持该梦想的理由以及实现该梦想将要做出的努力;
3. 学生可以充分发挥自己的想象, 适当发挥, 增加文章内容。
(二)写作要求
1. 仔细研读提示及要求, 切勿漏掉要点;
2. 适当增加要点; 注意使用高级词汇及句子;
3. 注意人称及时态、语态的正确把握。

四、说明介绍类
(一)命题特点
1. 常采用提示或图表的形式, 让学生介绍某种活动、某种动物或名胜等;
2. 要求学生能够将活动、任务、地点等进行清楚而准确地描述;
3. 主要考查任务说明文、事物说明文和方式方法说明文等。
(二)写作要求
1. 主体要明确, 结构要完整, 句型要简练;
2. 合理运用说明方法: 分析、分类、因果、举例、比较等;
3. 时态、语态要分清; 段落、内容要层次; 单词、标点要正确。
