Simple Present Tense Present Continuous Tense
I ride the bike to school every day. I am riding the bike to school now.

Rules：Words like ____________________ are mostly used

When do we use each tense
We usually use the Simple Present Tense to talk about:
things that are true now
things that we often do
things that are always true
We usually use the Present Continuous Tense to talk about:
actions that are going on at the moment of speaking
现在进行时：表示说话瞬间正在进行或发生的动作。
现在进行时的构成： am / is / are +
