一、教材分析 Analysis of teaching material
What（内容是什么）
主题围绕“值得纪念的一天（A Day To Remember ）” 。Unit 7 探讨 “What makes a day special ”（什么让一天变得特别） ，引导学生思考特殊日子的构成要素。 - 具体活动：Section A部分围绕“What was your special day like ”展开 ，列举了如“played badminton（打羽毛球）、cooked food（做饭）”等活动，让学生回顾自己上周末是否进行过这些活动 ，通过“What did you do ”这类问题，聚焦学生具体的行为。还通过听力对话，询问如“What did Peter see at the museum ” ，明确人物在特定场景中的行为和所见。Why（为什么会这样设计）
帮助学生掌握一般过去时的用法，通过回忆过去的活动，用英语描述经历，提升语言运用能力。如让学生描述过去做过的事，是为了让他们熟练运用一般过去时表达过去发生的动作。 引导学生深入思考生活中特殊日子的意义和价值 ，培养学生对生活的感知和思考能力，同时丰富英语表达的内容和深度。How（如何实现教学目标）
通过多种方式引导学生学习。Look and discuss环节，引导学生观察图片并讨论问题，如“Where are the students in the photo What are they doing ” ，培养观察和口语表达能力。听力部分，让学生通过听对话回答问题，锻炼听力理解能力 ，如听对话后回答“How was Tom's weekend ” 。此外，还设置小组交流环节，How让学生相互交流讨论，如就听力对话内容进行交流 ，提升口语交际能力。
二、教学内容 Teaching content
1. 单元围绕“A Day To Remember”，探讨“What makes a day special ” ，引发对特殊日子的思考。2. Section A 询问“What was your special day like ” ，列举日常活动，引导回顾周末经历。3. 包含听力练习，通过听对话回答问题，涉及人物活动、感受等内容。4. 设有交流环节，要求学生就对话内容互动讨论，锻炼口语表达。

Before the class, I will tell students how to participate in the class and evaluate themselves according to the following evaluation form.During the class, I will use my body language like smile and encouragement language to assess the students properly and give feedback in time. In this class, we learned to use the vocabulary and sentences to talk about things that happened in the past by using the simple past tense. In addition, we learned how to share past experiences with others. Every student likes weekends very much.However, it’s a pity that only two groups show their conversations because of limited time.In the next class, I will control the class time and give students more opportunities to show themselves.
