Breakfast is the first meal of the day. Different countries have different breakfasts.
In the USA, people often have cereal with milk, bread, eggs, and bacon. Sometimes they eat pancakes. Pancakes are round and soft.
In the UK, a full English breakfast is famous. It has fried eggs, sausages, baked beans, bacon, tomatoes and toast. It's a big and delicious meal.
In Japan, breakfast can be very healthy. People eat rice, miso soup, pickled vegetables, and sometimes fish. Miso soup is warm and tasty.
In France, croissants are a popular breakfast food. People often eat them with coffee.
In China, breakfast is very different in different places. In the north, people like to eat soy milk and youtiao. In the south, people often have rice noodles.
I like breakfast. It gives me energy for the day! What's your favorite breakfast
