What does Rain or Shine mean
“Rain or Shine", comes from the expression “come rain or shine” (also “come rain, come shine"). This means whatever the weather is, whether there is sun or rain, or in other words, whatever happens or no matter what the circumstances might be.
It can be used to refer to circumstances not directly involving the weather, meaning there is nothing that will stop an action being done.
For example: We will climb the mountain, rain or shine!
