一、学情分析
1. 语言能力：三年级学生处于英语学习的启蒙阶段，经过之前的学习，已积累了一定的基础词汇，如数字、常见动物、日常用品等，但词汇量有限。在句型掌握方面，学生已具备初步的口语表达能力，能用简单英语打招呼、介绍自己、描述事物数量。然而，他们在语言表达准确性和流利度上仍需提升，发音可能不够标准，语法运用常出错。就本课时而言，“What time is it ”“It's time to...”“It's time for...” 等新句型及相关时间表达的词汇，对学生既有一定挑战性，又与生活紧密相关，能激发学习兴趣。学生需在不断练习中，掌握新句型和词汇，提升语言运用能力。
2.学习能力：此阶段学生好奇心强，对新鲜事物充满兴趣，学习英语积极性高，乐于参与课堂活动，如游戏、歌曲、角色扮演等。但他们注意力易分散，难以长时间专注学习，自主学习能力较弱，多数依赖教师引导和督促。在学习方法上，尚未形成系统有效的策略，部分学生靠机械记忆单词和句型，缺乏理解和运用能力。
3.思维品质：三年级学生形象思维占主导，善于通过直观形象的事物理解知识。他们想象力丰富，能在教师启发下，对简单问题展开思考并发表见解。但逻辑思维能力尚在发展初期，分析、推理和判断复杂问题的能力较弱。在学习本课时，学生可借助图片、动画等直观材料，理解时间表达和日常活动的关联。
4.文化意识：学生对英语国家文化了解有限，仅通过少量绘本、动画等有初步接触，对英语国家文化的认知停留在表面。本课时涉及日常活动时间安排，不同国家可能存在差异，教师可借此引导学生了解英语国家文化习俗，拓宽文化视野，培养跨文化交际意识。
二、教材分析
本课是一篇配图故事，讲述了Amy和Sam一天的对比：Amy能合理安排自己的生活作息，而Sam却总是拖拖拉拉。结果到了睡觉时间，Sam还没有完成家庭作业。本课旨在引导学生认识合理规划时间的重要性。
三、教学目标
通过本课时的学习，学生能够：
1.能在看图片、听读故事的活动中，理解故事大意，感知、理解谈论时间和日常活动的基本句型“What time is it ”“It’s...”“It’s time to / for...”。
2.能借助故事图片，小组合作进行角色扮演。
3.能通过完善表格和制订作息表活动，运用所学语言谈论时间和日常活动安排。
四、教学难点及解决措施
难点：运用What time is it It’s... 以及It’s time to / for…询问时间、讨论日常活动。
解决措施：1.引导学生预习文本，理解并表述文中Amy和Sam的日常活动。
2.引导学生观察图片，谈论Sam的日常活动。
3.学生两人一组帮助Sam制作作息表。
五、教学过程
Step 1 lead-in
1.学生使用已学语言与教师打招呼。参考语言：Hello, Good morning.
2.学生演唱上一课时所学歌曲，看图片和钟表说一说Daming的日常活动，复习时间的表达方式：整点用“… o’clock”，半点用“half past…”或“…thirty”。通过问题“Does Daming have a good day What about Sam and Amy ” 引入文本。在此，教师将根据时间这一主题对全班进行分组。（详情参考“竞争机制图示ppt”）
Step 2 Presentation
1. 学生观看课文视频，感知故事大意，回答问题：Who has a good day 得知Amy度过了美好的一天，引导学生思考为什么，进一步引入对比Amy和Sam的作息安排。
2.学生读图1-4，比较 Sam 和 Amy 在起床、上学、做作业、睡觉这四件事上的不同表现，并进行填空。学生在核对答案的过程中学习句型“What time is it ”“It's time to...”“It's time for...”及单词urgh, homework。
3.学生在对比完Amy和Sam的作息安排之后，再次考虑问题：Why does Amy have a good day 得出结论“Amy has a good day because she does things on time.”
4.学生听图片1-4音频，回答问题：What does Sam usually say in the story 关注 Sam 的口头禅“Not now!”，体会Sam的情绪变化,思考问题：What do you want to say to Sam 结合生活经验给出意见和建议，并进行“Time is very precious，Be the master of time.”的情感渗透。
5.学生再次读故事，以连线的形式，加深对故事中 Sam 和 Amy 的作息安排的认识，培养阅读与理解、分析与判断的能力。
Step 3 Practice
1.学生指一指，听录音跟读模仿，在此过程中，学生应关注句子“Not now!”的情感变化。
2.学生进行角色扮演活动，注意语音准确，语调优美，并展现人物的情感，同时进行自评。
3. 学生朗读配图文字“I need to do things on time.”并学习其中的新单词need，并通过自然拼读感知字母组合ee的发音，然后学生根据教师提供的任务情境：Sam 决定改掉自己不良的作息习惯，帮助他制订一份合理的作息表。
学生小组两人合作，根据 Sam 的作息表，进行问答。最后请部分小组在全班进行展示。参考句型：A: It’s time for/ to… What time is it B: It’s…
Step 4 Production
1. 学生根据自己的生活实际，仿照Sam的作息表制订自己的作息表，并运用所学语言谈论日常活动及其对应的时间，然后小组两人合作，根据作息表，进行问答。

1.师生共同总结本课所学内容。
2.分层作业
