What is the past tense form
在一般过去时态中动词通常用动词的过去式来表示,而动词的过去式是在动词原形的基础上变化的,可分为规则动词和不规则动词。

以重读闭音节结尾且末尾只有一个辅音字母的动词,双写这个辅音字母再加-ed

一般情况下 直接在动词后面加-ed

Jinggangshan Revolutionary Museum was built to commemorate Jinggangshan Revolutionary Base, the first rural revolutionary base established by the Communist Party of China. It is the first local museum of revolutionary history in China and is listed among the first batch of 83 national first-class museums.
井冈山革命博物馆旧馆于1958年经国家文物局批准兴建,1959年10月,中华人民共和国成立10周年之际竣工并对外开放。
With the approval of the State Administration of Cultural Heritage, the former site of the museum was built in 1958. In October 1959, on the 10th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, it was completed and open to the public.
1965年5月毛主席重上井冈山时,亲自审定博物馆的基本陈列内容大纲。1962年3月,朱德委员长重上井冈山时,亲临博物馆视察,并亲笔题写“井冈山革命博物馆”馆名。
