乡村音乐是一种具有美国民族特色的流行音乐。20世纪20年代兴起于美国南部，其根源来自英国民谣，是美国白人民族音乐代表。特点是曲调简单，节奏平稳，带有叙事性，具有较浓的乡土气息。
田纳西州首府纳什维尔就是美国的音乐之乡。“纳什维尔”不单单指一个地名，而是成为人们印象中美国乡村音乐的代名词。
20世纪20年代的歌曲内容除了表现劳动生活之外，还有厌恶孤寂的流浪生活，向往温暖，安宁的家园，歌唱甜蜜的爱情以及失恋的痛苦。

used to do sth表示过去的习惯性动作，过去如此，现在不再这样了。常译作“过去常常”。
be used to doing习惯于做某事
be used to do sth.被用来做…

(2) 他现在习惯了住在农村。He is used to living in the country now.
(3) 木材被用来造纸。Wood is used to make paper.

belong to意为“属于……，为……所拥有”。belong to不能用于被动语态，也不能用于进行时态。
belong to中的to是介词，后接名词或人称代词的宾格形式，不能接名词性物主代词或名词所有格。
e.g. (1) 我曾是一个青年俱乐部的成员。
I used to belong to a youth club.
(2) 这间教室属于我们。
This classroom belongs to us.

英语中表示“相互”的词组有两个，即one another和each other。二者都是“相互，互相”之意，通常作宾语，不能作主语，可通用。

的全过程。而see sb. doing sth.意为“看到某人正在做某事”，强调看到的动正在进行。
e.g. Mary saw him clean the classroom.

玛丽看见他正在打扫教室。
