Adjust (调整)Your Mindset (观念/思维)- Accept that you can't control the weather, but you can control(控制) how you react (应对)to it. Try to see bad weather as part of the adventure(冒险).
Focus on the Positive - Instead of thinking about the bad things, focus on what you can still enjoy---like the fresh air, beautiful sights, or the experience with family and friends.
Be Prepared - Prepare clothes and tools for the weather. If you're warm, dry, and comfortable, you're less likely to feel annoyed by rain, fog, or cold.
Shift (转移)Your Attention (注意力- Have conversations, take interesting photos, or think of the journey as a story to tell later. Keeping your mind busy helps you feel less annoyed.
