In our daily life, the word “stress” often makes us think of bad situations and feelings. Negative (消极的)
stress is a problem. It is harmful to our health, especially when it goes on for a long time. However, not all stress is
bad.
There’s also positive stress. Also known as eustress, positive stress is important for our happiness. Positive
stress is what we feel when we push ourselves. It feels a bit uncomfortable, but it’s about something we want to do.
This could be learning a new skill, or doing something very exciting. This kind of stress is encouraging. It makes us
do a good job and gives us feelings of hope.
Knowing the difference between stress and eustress is important. If we see something as a danger, then our
worry levels will rise. However, if we see it as a challenge, then we can enjoy trying to solve it. We need to tell
ourselves to develop a positive mind. This will help us pay attention to how we can deal with difficulties. By doing
so, we can avoid worrying about what bad results they may cause.
Here are some ways to get more positive stress into our life. Get lots of exercise. Achieve something around
our interests. And learn something new every day. It doesn’t matter if it’s big or small.

My own AI robot
AI robots are now loved by many people, and I’d like to share one that I designed with you.
My robot is a home helper which can do many things to make life easier. For example, it cleans the house,
cooks meals, and even takes care of pets. It also reminds family members of important tasks, like taking medicine
or attending meetings. I designed this robot because many people are busy with work and can’t manage everything
in their life. This robot saves time and reduces stress, giving people more time to relax or spend with their loved
ones. It also helps elderly people or those who need more support at home.
Using this robot has been a great experience. It works quickly, follows orders well, and makes life more
convenient. My family loves how it helps us stay organized and keeps our home clean.
