What is Present perfect tense
现在完成时( The Present Perfect Tense)是过去的动作或状态持续到现在，或对现在造成的影响，可能持续发生下去。
主语
助动词,无意义
现在完成时的结构

注：主语若是第三人称单数助动词用 has
Winter has already come，
Winter has already come(came,come)，
+ have/ has
+ V-过去分词(done)
肯定式：
S+have/has+V-过去分词(done)
否定式：
S+have/has+not+V-过去分词...
一般疑问句：
Have/Has+S+V-过去分词...
特殊疑问句：
疑问词+have/has+S+V-过去分词...
被动语态的构成
1. The book was written by Lu Xun.
2. The classrooms are cleaned by students every day.
3. This maths problem can be worked out by little Tom.
被动语态的构成：主语+ be(am/is/was/are/were) +done
主动语态变被动语态的原则
“三变”

一、含义：
1、表示动作发生在过去, 到现在已经完成或对现在产生的影响。2、动词和被修饰主语构成被动关系。
二、构成：
肯定式：have/has been done
否定式：have/has not been done
一般疑问句：Have/Has +主语+ been done
特殊疑问句：疑问词+have/has +主语+been done
三、解题步骤 1.找时状语 2.找主语 3.定谓语

三、现在完成时被动语态用法
（一）找出表示时间状语的词语并总结用法。
表示一个被动的动作或状态从过去开始一直持续到现在，常连用的时间状语有：for+段时间，since +时间状语(从句)，these days, so far, up to now, in the last/ past few years等,总结如下.
常与现在完成时连用的时间状语：
already 已经(肯定句)
yet 已经（否定句或者疑问句）
recently/lately 最近 since then 从那时起
ever since 自那以来 ever 曾经
so far 迄今为止 for a long time 很长一段时间
by now 到现在为止 in recent years 在最近几年里
in/during/over the past/last years在过去的几年里
（二）表某被动动作对现在造成的影响或结果，常与already, yet, just, ever, never, recently等连用。
即学即练：
The bike____________________(not repair) yet.
I _____ already________________(introduce) to Mr. Smith.
注意：有些动词没有被动语态, 如不及物动词happen, take place, break out等。

现在完成时被动语态的解题步骤
1.找时间状语：找与现在完成相对应的时间状语；
2.找主语：主语与动词构成被动关系；
3.定谓语：确定谓动形式：have/ has (not) been done。
