Short Video Among Teenagers
Recently, short videos are becoming more and more popular among teenagers. They have millions of views online.
There are some reasons for their popularity. First, the short video is good way for teenagers to relax. Second, it is convenient for teenagers to watch short videos because they can enjoy them whenever they want.
In my opinion, short videos may have a bad influence on teenagers. Some teenagers may become addicted（上瘾）to them and spend a lot of time watching short videos. As a result, they may fall behind in study.

Dear Voice Up Team:
l suggest placing special“buddy benches” for newcomers in our playground. Many new students feel lonely during breaks, like Lily who sat alone for three days watching others play from a corner.
These benches painted with sunflowers would show a friendly message: “Let’s play together!”Teachers can train class helpers to invite bench sitters to easy group games like jumping a rope.
Shy students will find friends easily, while helpers learn how to care for others.Our playground will become warmer with
shared laughter instead of lonely silence. Let ' s work together to turn wooden benches into friendship starters!

A Class Activity I'll Never Forget
As I look back on my junior high school years, lots of memories flood into my mind.But one class activity impresses me most—role play.
Last month, our teacher divided us into pairs and asked us to act out the dialogue between Eddie and Hobo. I practised hard with my partner, trying to catch classmates’ attention. When it was our turn, we stood in front of the class, acting it out perfectly with body language. The whole class laughed and gave us a big hand.
It was the last time we did such a fun show in junior high. I'll never forget the activity that not only taught me about the magic of English but had a lasting influence on my learning journey.

School Breaks Are Longer
There are a lot of advantages of longer school breaks for students. First, longer breaks are good for students’ health. Students have more time to go outside, breathe fresh air and do physical activities. Second, longer breaks are also good for
learning. After a good rest, students can focus better in class.
During the 15-minute breaks, we have lots of choices to relax ourselves.I often go to the playground to play badminton or jump rope with my friends. Sometimes, l simply take a walk around the schoolyard.These activities not only refresh（使恢复精神）my mind but also make me feel more energetic for the next class.
In my opinion, longer breaks are a great way to balance study and relaxation.I feel happier when l have enough time to relax during the day.

Good Learning Habit
Good habits benefit a person's whole life.Let me tell you something about my learning habit.
One of my good habits is taking notes in class. l take down what my teachers write on the blackboard and other important points about my lessons. I keep my notes well-organized and tidy so that l can find information easily later. After class, I read the notes and try to remember the information as much as possible.Before l do my homework and take exams, I review my notes carefully.
The habit of taking notes helps me become a successful student. It not only improves my learning abilities, but also helps me get good grades.

In my opinion,AI helps people in many ways. In learning areas, AI apps like language tools allow students to study anytime, while online teachers give personal lessons based on their students’ needs.What's more, self-driving cars reduce accidents, and smart traffic lights help avoid traffic jams.
Last year, my aunt used an AI app to check her health. The app asked simple questions about her symptoms（症状）, and then suggested that she should drink more water and rest. Later, it reminded her to measure her temperature twice a day. Thanks to this, she recovered quickly without going to hospital.
Though AI is useful, it is important for us to use it carefully and properly. If people depend too much on it, they may forget how to think independently（独立地）. In my view, AI should be a helpful tool,not a replacement for humans. By using it wisely, we can enjoy its benefits to make our life better.

Dear teachers and fellow students,
Al is like a “golden key" that brings both chances and problems for our learning.
I’d like to share some of my thoughts on this growing trend（趋势）. First, many of us may depend too much on AI. To solve this problem, we should manage our time wisely and think actively and critically. Don't just depend on Al to get answers. Second, there is less communication with people. We can take part in various school activities, like group discussions and sports meets. By doing so, we can communicate more with our classmates.Also, some students may be addicted to AI-related
entertainment, which is harmful to themselves. We need to set clear study goals and limit our time on such entertainment.
In conclusion, with the right attitude and proper solutions, we can make good use of Al and develop ourselves better.

During my school days, the place that means a lot to me most is our school library. It’s on the left corner of our campus. It only takes me five minutes to walk there.
It is a three-floor building with a lot of books on each floor.There are many bookshelves in the middle while the walls of the reading rooms are covered by soft materials to make them more comfortable.
The library has made a big difference to my school life. Whenever l am free, I will go there and lost myself in the ocean of knowledge.The various books meet my different needs and broaden my horizons（开拓眼界）.The quiet learning environment is good for me.
The library is the paradise（乐土）of my mind and soul.And l like it very much.

As is vividly shown by the equations（等式） in the picture,1.01365=37.8, and 1.02365=1377.3. What they express is that small, daily improvements can lead to excellent results over time, while staying unchanged means no progress.
Sincerely, I hope to share these equations with my classmates. It is we middle school students who are at an important stage of growth and learning. During this special period filled with various challenges and chances, it is important for us to understand the role of accumulation（积累） and continuous effort.
Here are my suggestions. First ,set clear and small goals every day, whether it's memorizing a few new words or solving a math problem. By taking these small steps, I believe all of us can realize our dream.

Some students like to study alone. Others enjoy studying with a group. As for me, I like studying alone better.
First, studying alone helps me learn to solve problems on my own. Most of the time, I need to think hard about them all by myself.So my thinking ability is improved at the same time. Second, when I study alone, I can keep my mind on what I'm doing. With a clear head, I am able to finish my homework quickly. In this way, I will gradually develop a good learning habit.
I think studying alone is really a good way and it will benefit me a lot in my life.

Some students like to study alone. Others enjoy studying with a group. As for me, I prefer to study with a group.
As the saying goes, "Two heads are better than one.” With a group, I can learn a lot from others. Whenever I have some questions, they are always ready to help. With their help, I become more and more confident in my study. Also, when I study with my classmates, we can discuss whatever puzzles me face to face. Through discussion,we can share different ideas and get to know more about each other.
All in all, I think studying with a group provides many chances to improve myself and helps me to be a better person.

My proud moment
My proud moment happened last summer when l won first place in an English speech contest. To prepare for it, l practiced every day for weeks.I wrote the speech carefully, recorded myself, and improved my pronunciation. Although l felt nervous at first, l kept reminding myself to stay confident. During the contest, my heart was beating fast, but l took a deep breath and delivered the speech smoothly. When the results were announced, l couldn't believe my ears! I felt proud and realized that hard work truly pays off. This experience taught me to face challenges bravely and never give up. From that day on, I've become more confident in speaking English. It was not just a prize, but a moment I'll treasure forever.
