Adverbial clauses of reason tell us why things happen. We usually use because, as and since to start adverbial clauses of reason.
1）表示人们不知道的直接的原因或理由，语气最强，适用于回答why引导的疑问句。
—Why didn't you go to school
—Because I was ill.
2）可以放在句首或者句中
I didn’t go abroad with her because I couldn’t afford it.
The country is not strong because it is large.
not 否定的是because引导的整个从句
since
since引导的原因状语从句一般放在主句之前，表示 已知的、显然的理由(通常被翻译成 “既然”，相当于 now that)，较为正式，语气比because弱.
Since/Now that you don't love him, you should not marry him.
Since/Now that you have grown up, you should not rely on your parents.
because 和so 不能同时用
Because it was dangerous outside, we stayed at home
It was dangerous outside, so we stayed at home.
As
As引导原因状语从句时表示附带说明的双方已知的原因，含有对比说明的意味，语气比since弱，较为正式，位置较为灵活(常放在主句之前)。
As it is raining, you’d better take a taxi.
The cat went to bed early, as it was exhausted.
for引导的是并列句，表示原因，但并不说明主句行 为发生的直接原因，只提供一些辅助性的补充说明。for引导的并列句只能放在主句之后，并且必须用逗号 将其与主句隔开。
The day breaks, for the birds are singing
For the birds are singing, the day breaks.
Attention: because VS for
He went to bed early because he was tired.
He must be tired, for he went to bed early.
Adverbial clauses of reason
I am going to North Country Park because I want to go cycling.
Read the following sentences and underline the conjunction in each sentence.

I am going to North Country Park since I want to go cycling.
We can also put the adverbial clause of reason after the main clause.
