The total planned area of the park reaches 22,000 square kilometers, and about 72% of the wild giant panda population is protected within the Giant Panda National Park.

2000 — Scientists say there are fewer than 2000 pandas living in the forests.

When the babies see the keepers, they run over to them with excitement and some of the young pandas even walk into their friends and fall over!

Lin Wei, one of the panda keepers, says, “They’re so cute and lovely. I take care of them like they’re my own babies. I wash, feed and play with them every day. They’re very special to me.” In fact, many people around the world love these black and white animals. Pandas have become so popular that they are now a symbol of China.

awake “醒着的”，常用于be, stay, keep之后，做表语。其反义词为asleep“睡着的”

【注意】awake不用于名词前做定语。

我太兴奋了以至于整晚都是醒着的。

another “另一；又一”，常放在数词之前。another +基数词+名词 =基数词+other/more+名词。

or so “大约”，位于数词或者表示时间的名词之后，相当于about或around（常放于数词或表示时间的名词之前）
例如：There are 40 students or so in the playground.
