e.g. If you turn over, you may find it easier to have a sound sleep.
Smoke the beef on one side and then turn it over and smoke the other side.
e.g. Lying in bed, she kept thinking over the events of the day in her mind. Being so anxious, she kept turning over. Then she turned on the radio and the light in order to relax herself for a while. But much to her disappointment, she grew even more anxious in the depth of night. Finally, she turned the radio down and turned off the light, hoping that the music from the radio will help her sleep.

1) “get” is often used in oral English

2) “get” emphasizes the action, “Be” can stress the action and the condition.
e.g. I got caught in the heavy snow in the course of climbing Mountain Tai.
e.g. They got married five years ago.= They have ______________ for five years.

* until/till
直到…
表示主句的动作或状态持续到某一时间或某一动作才终止
我们将在学校待到十七岁。
We will stay at school until we are seventeen.

The model plane kept flying until it hit the branch of a tree.
* 若主句的动词为瞬间动词，则用否定形式，表示“直到…才”
not....until....（此句型中，只能用until)
4. I waited there until you called me, and here I am.
他们一直跑到跑道的尽头才停下来。 （track）
They didn't stop running until they reached the end of the track.
5. A few days ago, I was floating comfortably in a cloud.
They gave me a thorough cleaning and added a few chemicals to me.
* a little (不可数名词）, a few （可数名词）是肯定含义，
表示“有一点，一些，少量的”
little, few是否定含义，表示“几乎没有” （反意问句，应用肯定）
only / quite a little / a few 只有/相当一些
very little/ few 很少
too few/too little ---less than you want,less than enough
她头痛，所以午饭吃得很少。
She had a headache so she had too little (food) for lunch.
糖果太少了以至于无法每个学生吃一块。
